Report on CCA Package
Out of the above modules the following modules are working in
this office.
Master
master data is completed.
Service Book
The master data for service records of 18 units are completed. For the remaining units the
efforts are being taken to complete.
Pension Module
Retiring employees list ,Pension payment order, Sanction memo/Bill(DCRG, Commutation)
,Audit Enfacement ,calculation sheet ,Refund with held DCRG reports are being generated.
GPF Modules
The sanction for Final payment of the retiree is generated. The data is being collected
for preparation of ledger and Broadsheet.
Telecom
The data feeding is in progress.
Cash module
The data required for the preparation of CAC for the months from 4/05 to 10/05 is
completed. The remaining months data till 2/2006 is in progress, but there is some problem
in feeding of J.S(Journal slip and DFD/DFC) to unable us to complete CAC on CCA package.
Reports
The reports are generated for the above modules. |
